ICG-NIRF imaging has gained clinical acceptance lately. This technology can be particularly advantageous in the case of robotic flap harvest. This paper presents a new approach to deep epigastric pedicle dissection using ICG-NIRF in the setting of robotic assisted DIEP flaps.
