Indocyanine green fluorescence angiography (ICGFA) can be used in surgery to assess tissue perfusion intraoperatively and so mitigate anastomotic healing complications. It is increasingly being considered standard of care in some specialties, specifically colorectal surgery. Despite promising meta-analyses regarding plastics and reconstructive surgery,  its use is far from widespread here. We surveyed plastic surgeons to investigate perspectives and factors influencing ICGFA adoption.
